A day of fog and strong southwest winds confined us to the islands but we did see 2 new minke whales.
This is Breadknife, a minke whale we have been watching for many years now. We spotted "him" off Windmill Point, Campobello Island.
Another minke whale we have seen in previous years, we saw this one between Eastpot, ME and Campobello Island, NB.Hopefull the weather will clear up soon and we can head back out of the protection of the islands in search of finbacks and humpbacks.
